medict Inc. ("we", "us") respects the privacy of users ("you") of the iOS app "Move Mirror AI" ("the App") and handles information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Information we obtain and retain

Principle: The App never sends your videos, skeleton data, or practice history anywhere. Pose analysis uses Apple's Vision framework and runs entirely on your iPhone. We operate no server, and we collect no personal information, name, email address, location, or contacts.

2. Use of device permissions

2-1. Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription)

Used to load the reference video and your own video for comparison from your photo library. Loaded videos are processed only on the device and are never sent externally.

2-2. Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription)

Used to record your own movement in recording mode. Recorded footage is processed only on the device and is never sent externally.

2-3. Microphone (NSMicrophoneUsageDescription)

Used to record sound and rhythm into the video in recording mode. Recorded audio is used only on the device and is never sent externally.

3. Where video analysis runs

Pose analysis in the App runs on the Vision framework (on-device ML) that Apple ships with iOS. Neither videos nor skeleton data are ever sent to any external API, server, or third-party service.

How to verify: If you are concerned about network activity, try the App in airplane mode. Selecting videos, comparing, score display, and history saving all work fine in airplane mode (the camera function in recording mode works within the limits of your device).

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose your information to third parties except in the following cases:

When you have consented
When required by law
When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person

By design, your information does not even reach us, so there is no room for third-party disclosure to occur.

5. Analytics services (GA4)

The App itself contains no usage-collection or analytics service. Our website (apps.medict.co.jp) uses Google Analytics 4, but this applies only to website browsing and is unrelated to your use of the App.

6. Your rights

By design, everything in the App can be completed with on-device operations:

Delete history: Reinstalling the App erases all on-device practice history.
Revoke permissions: From iOS "Settings → Move Mirror AI" you can individually revoke the camera, photo, and microphone permissions.
Delete the App: Deleting the App with the standard iOS operation erases all local data (including practice history).

7. Children's use

The App is a general-audience app rated 4+. If used by anyone under 13, please use it with the consent of a parent or guardian. Because the App has no external transmission or server integration, a child's information never reaches us.

9. Changes to this Policy
