These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS app "Move Mirror AI" ("the App") provided by medict Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is a learning-support app whose purpose is to place a reference video and your own video side by side for dance, sports, and performance movements, and to visualize the differences in movement through a skeleton overlay and per-body-part scores.
In using the App, you must not:
All videos, skeleton data, and practice history handled in the App are stored within your iPhone and are never sent to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights (consent of filmed subjects, permission of copyright holders, etc.) for the videos you load into the App.
All intellectual property rights in the App itself, its icon, logo, screenshots, landing page, and the like belong to us. You are welcome to post screenshots of the App personally on social media, but please refrain from commercial use (e.g., repurposing them as advertising material).
Copyright in video files loaded into the App belongs, in principle, to the filmer or rights holder. We claim no rights whatsoever to them.
In the current version (1.0), all features of the App are available for free. No in-app purchases (IAP) are implemented. If paid features are added in the future, we will explain them anew in these Terms and via in-app notice at the time of addition.
We may revise these Terms in response to changes in law or service content. If there is a significant change, we will notify you on this page and via in-app notice. If you continue to use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding use of the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
